Called DD to make a reservation using a reward certificate. Reservation went through without any issues.

Checked my account the next day to see that they used points instead of the award certificate.

Called again, explained what happened, and they corrected the reservation and the points.

I refreshed my HH Account page and the points were back instantly.^
