Two part question.

Looking at a flight tomorrow, SFO->PEK. United.com shows:
Available Cabins: F2, FN2, A2, ON2, O0, J0, JN0, C0, D0, Z0, ZN0, P0, PN0, R0, RN0, IN0, I0, Y9, YN9, B9, M9, E9, U9, H9, HN9, Q9, V9, W9, S9, T0, L0, K0, G0, N0, XN0, X0

I'm 1k, but when I go to do a reward search, it doesnt give me a saver award for that flight in F, just a standard award. what am i missing?

On another note, how would you programatically find discrepancies like that? I know EF used to screen scrape for R bucket space, but there must be some legit way to do it? Fairly competent coder, fwiw, just don't want to violate a TOS.
