Congrats on the iPad win, the promo details say only 5 of those will be given away. Now we can form an exclusive club, and become our own brand of DYKWIAs.

Looking at the terms again, there is no absolute guarantee that it is the 4th gen iPad, but this is the language they use:

Apple® iPad® 16 GB with Retina display ($499 ARV)

The 4th Gen iPad was officially called "iPad with Retina Display", even though the current ARV is no longer $499 since it has been discontinued. Hey, maybe it will be an iPad Air, which DOES have a current ARV of $499, but I doubt it.
