I thought so too, but I later discovered you could enter without being on a plane. I was using the flightaware app and accidentally tapped on the GoGo banner ad, which brought me to the page. I was about to leave the page when I noticed a link at the bottom of the page that said "CLICK HERE for official rules, including how to enter without being on a Gogo-equpped Delta flight, odds, etc etc etc"
I initially clicked it to read the terms and try to figure out when the wifi passes, which I had won a day or two earlier, would expire. The terms listed the two modes of entry, one of which being the prizelogic.com/amoe link. I tried it and won, so I've been plugging away at it every day.
