What were your impressions relative to the Trafalgar Hilton? Did you at least receive a renovated room at the Waldorf? It's a shame to hear that breakfast in the restaurant has been eliminated as a Diamond benefit—I might have been tempted to "play dumb" and talk directly to the hostess at Homage, since front desk people sometimes don't know what they're talking about.
