It says that in case of cancellation/delay of over 8 hours, you should get 3000 shekels as the compensation. It does say that the airline don't have to pay it if "Special circumstances beyond the carrier’s control, where even if the carrier took every action under its control, it still could not prevent the cancellation/delay".
