The constant theme of this thread is that W does not earn in any programme other than Miles & Smiles [where it only sometimes earns] - so you never need to check. You can take it as read.

(You also made the very generous assumption that earning for a deeply discounted economy fare would be 100% - that is an incredibly huge jump to make! If you are travelling on a dirt cheap ticket and crediting outside the native programme of the airline you're flying - you are never likely to get 100% credit for miles flown anyway. At least in a European FFP).
