Put large amount of cash in carry or in luggage?
So I'm flying in less than 24 hours YYZ-YVR, and I'm transporting approx $3k in cash which I took out to purchase a car and didn't get to use. So the question is do I put the money in my checked luggage or can I take it on my carry on.I want to keep it on me to keep it safe but I feel like if I'm going to run into problems with security its not worth it.
