I stayed at the Radisson Blu Norge in August. Given the prices at that time of year thee nights for 88,000 points with gold status was excellent value, but the hotel itself was pretty average. When I arrived both trash cans in the room were filled with the previous guest's trash. At one point during my stay I opened the desk drawer and was met with an off-putting smell; further investigation revealed a solitary grape, well on its way to turning into wine. IIRC I was upgraded to a business class room.

The location is a little further away from the touristy part of town than the Royal, and closer to the main shopping area; in any case the city is rather compact and walkable.
