I apologize in advance if this is one of the silliest questions posed, and I searched the forum without much luck, but i am flying on AC from Kansas City to Toronto tomorrow and for the life of me I can't work out how to check in online. I get to the check in page add all my information, but when I look for my departure city in drop down list my city isn't listed. I can't believe that I can't check in online so I must be doing something wrong.

Any suggestions? I feel like an idiot, as I've never not been able to check in online before. It's a Jazz flight if that makes a difference.
