I'm flying JFK-LAX for work next month. Work will pay for me to fly business class. I'm coming back on the redeye and want to get a decent sleep, or at least as decent as you get on a 5 hour flight. Is it worth it for me to pay ~$750 extra for the new F on the 32B? Or is the new J pretty nice and good enough? (I've flown CX's new J recently and that's what I've heard this is compared to.)

Is the flagship lounge in LAX worth flying F? Doubt it but thought I'd ask.

Also, I've always wondered... why does the late night redeye flight have such an old aircraft? If the 32B has great beds, why not run it on the redeye? (even to SFO I recall the older 767 doing the redeye, with wifi oddly, where as the newer one with at least an angled flat in 2 cabin J and NO wifi ran during the day). Anyway I digress.
