That's going to be tough; you could get an AMEX Reserve expedited for 10K MQM's but the other 11K are the kicker. A Christmas Eve trip to San Diego in FC using PWM would only net you 4600 MQM's and would cost you about 75K skymiles plus $105. Even if you did 2 of those back to back you'd still be short. I guess it depends on how many skymiles you have to burn, if you have a passport and if you want to go to outside the US.
