I got given a $200 AirNZ voucher for being offloaded a late night flight in WLG that had been over booked. The voucher was redeemable at AirNZ Holiday Stored, AirNZ travel broker or and Airport Service Desk.

I can't make it to the AirNZ store during the day as I work on the other side of town so I decided I would just go to the airport.

I booked DUN-WLG-NPL and return WLG-DUN, as a multi stop booking. The fare was $248 but then there was a $60 service fee. The voucher is only really worth $140 in this case.....I thought there was a $30 service fee - has anyone else experienced IMHO a revenue generating add on.

Is it worth writing in about? $200 airpoints dollars would have been better!!
