My impression of that benefit was that Y>=0 for a SE to book a ticket. If Y0, no tickets can be purchased. So if there are 50 seats, and the flight is overbooked by 100, a SE on full Y will get on that plane.
I think greater or equal (>=) includes equal?
But if Y>0, anyone can buy so this benefit would not be a benefit... Has to be for Y=0.
