Breakfast was for 2 in the room. It was not refilled, so get there early or miss out on bagged bagels and cheap yougurt.

Rooms were ok...not the cleanest...age is showing.

TV in room was broken, could not get PPV movies for the kiddies. TV in bedroom of suite did not work at all. Night fix-it guy tried everything, just had to "live with it". Next day offered to give me another room, as the wires were broken in this room???

Overall, will NEVER be back. Don't waste your time/money here.
Well my SNA situation got weirder. I contacted my Plat Concierge to look into it yesterday and was told this evening "the new GM has designated only accessible junior suites as SNA upgrades and these are all blocked out".

Now I made my reservation some time ago and applied the SNA back then. I booked a full flex rate (thankfully) and the SNA option showing was an Oceanfront Junior Suite (which have had availability ever since I made the original reservation). Since that was the SNA policy at the time I booked I really think this is out of order.

To cut a long story short I raised a complaint about what has happened here with CCS and cancelled the original reservation as having read a number of reviews, the SNA issue would appear to be the tip of the iceberg and I would rather pay more to stay elsewhere.

The real irony here is that given the flexible rate I booked the room I wanted as a SNA is only $100 more per night than I was already paying.

I feel I have probably dodged a bullet here. Although that doesn't make the behaviour of the property any more acceptable.
