Hi everybody,
Finally, the upgraded Business(U) ticket was just issued.
Frustrating story:
1. Original reservation: restored 1 week ago. Underlying Prem Econ(R) and Buss(U) were confirmed with seat numbers. Senior Supervisor, Mr. Ryan Rosendo did it. Promised to call me "tomorrow late afternoon", and email me in 2 x 24 hours for ticket issuance. Nothing happened after 1 week.
2. I need to plan for my travel, other flights, hotels, escorted tours etc.
3. Kept trying to call Mr R. Rosendo (> 25times, a lot lot of waisting my time). Talked to many many different reps, explained from beginning every time, , then got this: He is not around. Other said: He will be here in 1 hour, will be here from 6pm-3am, he will call you in 1 hour, I will make sure he calls you in 4 hours, etc etc. Also talk to several supervisors: Everything is OK. Don't worry. Ticketing request already submitted, for sure will get it in 24 hrs. Case being handled by Mr. Ryan Rosendo, he will call you in 2-3 hours. Sometime ticketing takes 1 - 2 weeks. Your TA has to issue the underlying ticket, etc etc.
3. This morning, I talked to another supervisor: Mr.Veejay Mamuag.
He said:
*Mr. Ryan Rosendo is on leave. OMG, not one or two but so many reps and supervisors had CONFIDENTLY given me the wrong info about his whereabouts in the last 6 days. How can this happened.
*The problem: My TA has to issue the underlying ticket. I said, I already have the underlying ticket number, downloaded from CX MMB, meaning it was issued. Then, he asked this ticket number, Passport#, expiration, where issued, DOB, and promised it will be issued in 24 hrs.
*In 2 hours time, he called, and the upgraded Buss(U) ticket has been issued and he emailed it to me. Checked my CX MMB: It is done. He said the reason for the delay: CX doesn't have my Passport info/ detail.
***Bravo for MR V. Mamuag. Thank you. Had AM had all staffs with his quality, I wouldn't have been in this frustrating, tiring situation
***Lousy AM service and incompetence staffs (except Mr. V Mamuag)
***I will never re book an upgraded ticket again.
Thanks
Herman
