Booked manual BMW 1 Series, was offered BMW 1 series or Merc A Class, or a free upgrade to Merc B Class or VW Tigran but went for the A Class (was auto with Satnav) as I needed to park in some small French villages. Lovely girl at desk even apologised that she didn't have anything more interesting to offer me as they were low on cars (this was confirmed when I had a quick look around the parking). Now this is great customer service - well done Sixt.
