This reminds me of LAX-SAN on American Eagle. Depending on the FA, on an equal probability basis, it's either:

(1) limited beverage (orange juice, water, coke)
(2) water only (FA carries a stack of glasses and a water jug, you take one and the FA pours water
(3) nada
