If you book online, to the right of the connection time, a little note saying "Qualifies for Dubai Connect" will appear if the fare/stopover connecting time qualifies on the itinerary summary on the search result screen, before you move to the payment screen.

Just two or so weeks back the website would show if the service was available or not but that option has been disabled.
