Yes, we paid for it. At first we were all travelling together, but we had to change her ticket, and arranged the UM at the same time. Then when I called today, the agent said he couldn't see it in her booking. He reentered it, and didn't charge me again, so I'm guessing the payment went through but not the info, somehow.
