If you have paid for her to have the Skyflyer service she will be escorted right on to the aircraft where the crew will sign a form to say she is in their care, when she arrives at LHR the ground staff will sign to say they have taken over.
Whoever meets her at London will have to prove their identity and sign to say that she has been handed over safely.
