I was reading Trip Advisor last night and spotted this

Perfect end to our cruise - we arrived at 10.00am from the port and were given our rooms right away (very nice) then we took a shuttle out to the Dolphin Mall (my wife's idea) and returned later that afternoon to "happy hour" actually 2 hours 5.30pm to 7.30pm all free drinks - brilliant.

I presume this is the manager's reception
