11A or K (I sat in 11K on both legs recently and it was nice and quiet). Do not sit in the first row in the second cabin. Lots of noise/light from the galley.

[Note - Seatguru suggests that row 11 may be plagued by noise from the cabin immediately behind. If there is a bassinet with a screaming baby, I assure you that there is no difference between row 11 and any other row in the second J section. I did not hear anything from the cabin behind me on my flight two days ago, though the guy that was happily snoring away for 11 hours in the seat in front of me was heard by everyone in the second J cabin.]
