Kasumigaseki = Foggy Barrier. It'd be hard to pick a more apt name for the home of Japanese bureaucracy.

Incidentally, this game is fun to play with car names as well. I wonder how well eg. Abundant Ricefield (Toyota), Bell Tree (Suzuki) and Great Departure (Daihatsu(*)) would sell if they translated their names?

(*) ...and yes I know it's actually short for 大阪発動機製造, but that would be boring, no?
