Feel free to refer me to a thread explaining these - especially which are 'foreigner friendly' as I do not really have a presence either in the US or UK but Pypal, cheques, bank transfers, PO boxes are a different thing. Might worth it if someone uses the service a lot.

Edit: I looked into the issue. My first preference would be a cashback site which pays Euros to a Euro bank account in the 17-something countries in the Eurozone. If there is a deal for the US and the UK - there must be one for the Eurozone as well.
