Within Tokyo my favourite place names are:

Ochanomizu: water for (green) tea
Meguro: black eye

I also love Takadanobaba: Takada means high field but is also a common surname and baba is "horse place" or "horse grounds". However... as the Spanish word for dribble and slime is "babas" I think of Takada's dribble when I hear or see Takadanobaba.
