MPM is indeed a criterion and there was a bad patch earlier this year where many itineraries from Australia to west coast USA were being routinely rejected by agents because MPM was being exceeded.
"Bad patch" so it's/was enforced by the system not the agent? And here I thought US never changes their IT.
