Yes but you pay a lot more for those cards. The TD and CIBC aeropeso cards are charging much less, and everyone's hoping they'll waive first year.
I was referring to the current CIBC Lounge card which is an add on to your visa. Its been a hidden/unadvertised item for many years but still available.
