I know this is an old thread but where do you find the information detailing if the ticket qualifies or not?
I used their online chat service and gave the rep the flight numbers/dates/times and she just spit out copy/paste answers from the Dubai connect link. "It's based on your fare. When you book the ticket it will tell you." I said how do I find out if the flight qualifies for DC BEFORE I pay and she never responded. Really useless customer service feature. I'll have to call later and maybe someone will know. Just two or so weeks back the website would show if the service was available or not but that option has been disabled.
