That's not what I meant. TK changes equipment on very short notice. Widebodies are scheduled quite often on IST-TLV (and frequently on IST-FRA) that are switched to narrowbodies a couple of days before departure, as a function of the expected load. On long-haul flights, it's almost impossible to guess what aircraft you'll end up on (777, 330, 340), and these changes can mean a very different flight experience. Even on short-hauls, one can never tell whether business class is going to be refurbished or not. You can see one seat map when you book, and a different one on check in.
