Service overlap compared to the Aeroplat. CIBC and TD is targeting mutually exclusive markets compared to Amex, offering Visa.

I'm sure CIBC and TD are not offering unlimited lounge access, because that would infringe on Amex, but the lounge benefit is useless.. if a high cc spender was to get one of the Visa's, they'll already most likely have an Amex Plat.
