Just wondering if there was an "official" minimum flight time for beverage service (particularly on short Horizon flights). I know they almost always serve beverages on short flights like PDX-SEA, but with the switch from Q200s to Q400s on PDX-EUG/RDM, beverage service seems to have been discontinued.
