When I flew last week, I was unaware that the service had changed, thus politely waited for the tea/coffee service after I finished my meal.

The individual packet that held your knife, fork, spoon and tissue has gone, also gone is the sugar and tea spoon packet. you now get the cutlery 'wrapped' in a big tissue napkin.

The Light Bites box has gone, replaced by a plastic container sitting in the middle of the tray.

Other than the above, it's basically the same.

One thing I did miss, the lump of cheddar cheese - I normally make a cheese roll with it.
