Believe it or not the @ACaltitude twitter team seems to be the best at getting stuff sent out. 4 times in the last 3 years I needed a new card and/or luggage tags. Each time the twitter team had them at my place in a week.
Ditto for me, but just the once, plus other random things like fixing seat assignments and finding codeshare PNRs etc. AC Twitter team is great.
