The catering menu on Air Asia seems remarkably complex to me, and varies by country.

"Nasi Padang Uda Ratman" is described as
A popular meal from Indonesia which is normally served with a wide array of dishes. A sampling is now available onboard served with white rice, beef rendang, stir-fried cassava leaves, ikan bilis balado and green sambal. Accompanied with prawn crackers.

You have to applaud their effort for offering such an extensive menu at such low cost. From Indonesia, the meals now are around $3. Got to try the Ratman (well, my kids went for the chicken satay).
