Dubai aren't empowered either. They've responded to me quickly but they still want to charge me money for a sector I didn't amend that there booking system made to saver. I've asked for the difference in miles I lose and the difference I will have to pay to make the upgrade ie it will now be 7500 miles each more.

I've had to write another complaint to escalate. Customer service is an area they really need to improve on.
