QF releases the seats at 355, and AS members were up until this year able to book at 355 days out. The 330 day limitation is one imposed by the partner itself. AA has standardized at 330 days, and AS made the change to 330 days this year as well.

Wonder if QF requested this change to give its own members access before other partners?
