Not sure on this as we made our bookings a couple of months ago but did receive email confirmation. Logged on though. We also got an email a fortnight ago with updated e-ticket but no changes were made.
If you need email confirmation of booking just ring them because maybe there might have been an error when you added your contact details.
Previously I have had to wait until payment was taken before receipt was forwarded so that could also be why you have not received emails, check your financial transaction.
