I just called AA and they said I would be refunded for that leg, although they weren't able to figure out the dollar amount right now. It's business travel so it doesn't matter too much to me how much actually gets refunded.
I noticed a couple other weird things... My itinerary isn't finished yet, and when I checked it on aa.com, it now says there are 2 adults traveling when there should only be 1. The customer service person said they were only seeing one in their system, so that's good I guess. And the website also says the itinerary can't be changed online because there's travel outside the US/PR/USVI, but all my travel is domestic. Weird. I guess there are some gremlins in the system...
