If you're starting in DFW on the 26th, you can make it to CPH by the 27th, flying AA to ORD and Airberlin to TXL and then CPH for 20K miles. On the way back to NYC, you can fly Airberlin from CPH to DUS and then JFK on the 30th for 20K more miles (plus taxes and close-in booking fees). There are many other possibilities going to Europe, but make sure to try avoiding BA for the transatlantic trips, since they charge an arm and a leg in surcharges. Good luck!
