Not having visited all of these nominated lounges, I'd be interested if posters could add a little colour commentary to explain why it's in their top 10.

I'd nominate the Plaze Athenee in Bangkok : huge, spacious lounge, full bar and great food selection. And the one in Cape Town, just for the view alone.
