I tried an American Tourister 21" spinner as a test-case before buying a better one and I decided to stick with traditional rolling luggage. Perhaps a TravelPro model with Magnatrac would do better, but the model I tried struggled with any surface that wasn't completely smooth (including wide 18" square tiles) as well as with carpet (even rock-hard airport carpet). I returned my test-case bag for a refund.

I don't think the Skywalk line is blessed with Magnatrac, so make sure you really want a Spinner before you invest any appreciable amount of money in one you can't easily return for a refund.
