Here is the problem I have been experiencing. As A+ we get free wifi. When I board, I connect my phone. At 10k feet, I pull out my laptop and try to connect, using my RR number and it won't connect.

I suspect its because it will not allow 2 devices to connect for free using the same account. Has anybody else experienced the same problem?
