It's an advance payment booking, i.e. they take the full amount at booking so am slightly confused.

The 5th night free is ONLY for STANDARD AWARD bookings. Paid bookings do NOT get this discount. The price quoted is the price you pay.
The special offer from Conrad has to be booked via the special link they give you or using the code they give you. You'll see listed "with our compliments" rate listed and have to book THIS rate. If you are NOT booking with this link/special offer listed, you do NOT get the 5th night free. The price offered reflects the 5th night free discount and is often usually HIGHER than the best available price.
Always comparison shop of the various rates available including AAA which is usually refundable.
