- lots of CCs link to QFF points (but you'll have to pay conversion fees for international use) ... paying for the flights on it helps ... you can also get sign on points on some cards. You may need an Aussie address and proof of income though

- Some hotel chains will give you QFF points instead of their loyalty points
- Get a Woolworths Everyday Reward cards and get a friend in Aus to buy their groceries every week with it
- Family transfers
and reduce how many you need by buying top up points to get the balance down

I already stooze credit cards and by groceries etc for BA - was hoping for some advice from people who do this in the UK
