I think that anything beyond reading a book, watching movie on iPad, playing games on iPad or whatever... to be a general disturbance.

How would you like it, if you are trying to sleep, or work... and the guy in the row ahead or behind you is playing beer pong or whatever?

People older than 20s will be annoyed with guys in their 20s playing beer pong.
Similarly, people in their 20s (or any age) be annoyed with young children/tweens screaming and yelling playing their games. Whatever game you play may be fun for you (at your respective age group), but it will generally annoy others.
