Glitch with Confirmation Email
I recently became Diamond through Diamond trial. Since then I made at-least 7 reservations and in all confirmation emails, it says my member tier as Platinum. I know this is a small glitch but this is a very annoying one because every hotel still see me as a Platinum member and every-time I check I get the message "Welcome Mr.Silverfalls and thank you for being a loyal Platinum member". I have to show my Hyatt Mobile App Diamond Status every time to prove that I'm a diamond member. I have called at-least 5 times and asked them to correct this but every time I call they say keep saying they see my tier as Diamond. I have also emailed them my confirmation emails saying my tier as platinum and still waiting to hear from them.
I'm wondering if this is what I will be getting as a Diamond member from next week on or am I thinking too much. I would like to know if anyone else had this glitch and how they effectively handled this.
