Heads Up: SQ Awards Booked Through Reservations Starting 13DEC

I simply don't understand why united continually only announces bad news with no offsetting good news. They are losing money, their frequent fliers are pissed and thy continue to pile on. Look at delta, they release bad news about removing some business seats, but they offset that with improvements to upgrade instruments. Hyatt changes some categories, but then offer new benefits to offset that. With united it's only bad news and only more customer-UNFRIENDLY changes. But don't worry, it's ok, their adds say their friendly.

I've said this in other threads but this is the first time I've seriously thought about leave united. I finally believe they truly don't want my weekly business (this year have done 126 domestic segments normally averaging ~$500-700 per week.)
