It's actually an x-UA aircraft. That's their old international F cabin. I'm not sure the reg number on this aircraft, but I believe some of the x-UA birds went to another owner first (Air India? Varig? cannot recall) before they settled down with Transaero.
I was thinking just that, however I've flown UA F from IAD to DME, a number of years ago, and the config was a bit different (unless it was a newer plane).
