Emailed customer service and requested a review of my spend after having found out that i was $75K+ from MP. I received an email back saying i have been granted GS effective Jan 1, 2014. Very excited of course--but called to ask if can be effective immediately since i have Dec travel and was told no--the program is effective Jan 1--seems strange as this is unlike any other MP program where status begins once achieved. But in any event--happy to have made it---77K spend virtually all F,A,C,D,J,B.
